The very concept of manipulating Human beings and Nature is dangerous and destructive..As par the historical evidence also, the world was getting destroyed slowly,  just for the sake of the existence of this technology for the last 50 years . What is a Targeted Individual ?

A Targeted individual (T.I.) is someone against whom an organized, illegal, on-going system of harassment and abuse is perpetrated. It can lead to insanity and death, which is the desired outcome by the leaders of such harassment.

Methods of harassment

It starts with an organized character assassination of the T.I. wherein vicious lies are spread concerning a target's behavior, past and present. It is done , to isolate, to impoverish, and to reason why criminal acts against the T.I. should be done..This is called criminal gang stalking and disinformation/ black propaganda tactics.

                                      

Next .. people are perpetrated to harass, stalk, and gaslight the T.I. in order to drive the T.I. into insanity, which is the primary reason for the entire project .... (ii)             UNIDIR (The United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research) has issued a media guide to disarmament esp. re weapons of mass destruction. Non-lethal weapons are listed and the list includes mind control weapons. Resolutions, treaties, international conventions/laws must quickly be introduced to bridge the gap between rapidly advancing (and usually 'classified') technologies and inadequate laws. UN weapons inspectors should then seek access to government (et al) facilities (worldwide - including the U.S.) to eradicate these evil weapons.
